Eulogy For Lucci: 9-17-2005

    Today we are very sad, and may always be sad, because you are no longer with us. You were not our cat, we were your people. You were our companion on this journey they call life. We loved you and played with you and tried to do our very best to see you well cared for and happy. We hope you felt your life was a good one. You were very special to us and we will never forget you. And as we go on, let us hope that we try to always remember life as you showed us it should be, full of love and affection and pounce. Though your leaving us may have us wondering why you are gone, for that is our nature, we hope that wherever your spirit has gone now, that whatever mouse you were chasing, you will catch it.....
